🌟 Devotional: “Framed by Faith”

Scripture:

“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God,

so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”

💭 Reflection — From Catherine’s Heart

As a nurse, I’ve witnessed what faith can do when the odds are stacked against a person.

I’ve seen monitors flashing red and reports that spoke death — yet I’ve also seen prayer shift atmospheres. I’ve watched people recover when medicine said there was no hope.

As a mother, I’ve had to frame my home with faith — praying over my children, declaring peace in seasons when resources were low, and speaking life even when I was tired.

And as a coach, I’ve learned that every word we speak frames our future. Faith isn’t passive — it’s an active power that builds, creates, and establishes order. God used His Word to frame the universe, and we, made in His image, have that same creative ability.

What we say, we see.

What we believe, we birth.

Our words set the tone for the rooms we enter and the lives we touch.

Hebrews 11:3 reminds me that faith is not an accessory; it’s an assignment. My faith isn’t just for Sundays — it’s the daily tool that allows me to call things that are not as though they were and speak healing, direction, and destiny into being.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for reminding me that faith is not invisible — it’s the foundation of everything I see.

Teach me to speak life into every dry place and to trust Your creative power working through me.

Let my words carry healing like medicine, peace like a gentle nurse’s touch, and strength like a mother’s love.

Help me to coach others to see beyond what’s visible and to walk boldly into what’s possible through You. Create in me a clean heart daily and renew a right Spirit in me !! I decree this In Jesus name
