My Morning with God: Luke 13:11-13

11 and a woman was there who had been crippled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten up at all.12 When Jesus saw her, he called her forward and said to her, “Woman, you are set free from your infirmity.”13 Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God.

This passage of scripture really blessed me this morning. Life brings so many different issues that we as children of God must try and push through. Various illnesses, heartaches, and heartbreaks. We feel deserted by those we have been there for, those we thought would never hurt us, those we thought would always be there, But what I have learned is people are just people, all of us are going through something, and sometimes our reactions to the things in life that happen to us, the things that hurt us is the only way we can manage it.

We are not God but he is there for us. Like in the above passage of scripture, Jesus sees us, he sees what we are going through and he is here to help us. Are you happy God sees us? This is what brings me the most Joy from this scripture. No matter what I have to endure, I am never alone. As a child of the highest God, he is always there for me. See I can only speak for myself but I believe we put too much stock in people and not enough in the one who holds the future in his hands. The one who can change things in the twinkle of an eye, instantly he can change it. I am also learning to trust that if he removes someone from my life, the passage of scripture that says all things will work together for the good of those who love him and are called according to his purpose applies and that is me!! We need to be comfortable and assured in the power of God. Let us pray!

Dear heavenly Father all glory and praise go to you. I am so thankful that I can rest in the assurance that you see me and will take care of me. I don't have to be in combat with anything or anyone for the battle is yours and I will be victorious because you have already won the battle. My daily prayer is that you create in me a clean heart and renew the right spirit in me. Amen!

rest easy in Jesus name. He has this !! His promises are yeah and Amen, let us pray.
